Yes, you can place an order from Australia or anywhere overseas as long as you can use one of the payment options and have it delivered to someone located in:

  • China

You will need to include the delivery details (Name & Address) in mandarin and attach a copy of their personal id card – both sides.

As our customer, by having this information we can contact you if there is an issue  with the delivery, payment,  send you an email to advise you of a promotion or to announce a site development.

Your billing details might be the same as the delivery address.

You might also send the parcel to another address and this is added when you check out.

Once you have finished shopping and viewed the cart where you can have an opportunity to check your order and select the delivery option you can now select check out.

This is where you can add a different shipping address and if your order is to go to China, we need copies of the China id (front and back) of the customer who will be receiving the delivery.

The name and address should be in mandarin if the order is being delivered to China.

It is recommended you log in first to allow easy check out and not have to go back and then either login or create an account for the first time.

You can then start shopping.

You just have to click “Add to cart” below the preferred item once and it will be added to your cart. You can either click on “Add to cart” again if you want more than one of this item or you can increase or decrease the number of units when you reach the stage of viewing your shopping cart.

Once you have finished shopping click on the shopping trolley and select the view cart option.

You have completed your order and viewed your shopping trolley by selecting “View cart”.

You can change your order by increasing or decreasing the number of products as well as removing items at this stage.

You can also select the payment option.

For China, due to market conditions, milk powder products have one rate and all other products have a different shipping fee. This is all setup within the site to make it easy for you, our customer.

 

For deliveries to China, the order will normally be packed within 2 working days and despatched and a tracking code will be generated for you to follow your order.

Once in China, your order is subject to normal processing requirements.

Under normal circumstances, we expect your parcel to be delivered in China within 3 weeks.

 

Once your order has been completed, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
