The Aussie Mall - Delivery Policy & Process
“The Aussie Mall” is pleased to confirm HappyLink have been appointed as our International Delivery Service Partner who will ensure all international orders are delivered. China will be our first international destinations and other countries will be added in due course.
For international orders, delivery period is between 7 to 21 business days from the date of purchase. All milk powder orders have a delivery fee of AUD$6.00 per kilogram and all other products have a delivery fee of AUD$8.00 per kilogram which is inclusive of all delivery costs and country taxes.
It will be calculated automatically on the website upon Checkout based on the weight of the items you have ordered, and the product weights will also include the weight of the box and any packing materials. For orders to China, we will also seek your recipient’s China personal identity data to comply with the Chinese custom clearance and delivery requirements. Orders will be packed in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security purposes.
You will receive a tracking number for each order and can view the delivery status of your order via www.happylink.com.au. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box, therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement in such case.
Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and major international holidays.
Please make sure that your shipping address (complete address in Chinese) and recipient’s phone number are correct. Incorrect or inaccurate information may lead to delivery delays. Upon placing your order online, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address by our Customer Service team to acknowledge your order.
International destination restrictions & liability
The Aussie Mall thoroughly monitors all international orders and inspects all packages leaving our distribution centres to ensure that all items ordered by customers are included in each order and that each order is safely packed for International shipping.
Since we have no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations, we take no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing. We are unable to refund any international orders where such claims are made. We recommend such claims are placed with your local customs and/or postal service.
